This checklist shows many of the possible photographs that can be taken for a wedding and is a starting point of pictures wanted. All the items shown on the lists are what I try and photograph during the wedding week.

Checklist Instructions: Check the box for the images that you definitely would like to have; line through the ones you do not want. leave unchanged the ones that you would like me to take but if there is not enough time to take them then not having them is okay.

Plan on three no less than (3) minutes per picture line. This takes into account finding everyone for that particular arrangement, placing the people into the pose needed, clothes corrected and taking multiple images. If all the pictures denoted in this checklist (the arranged poses) were taken on the wedding day it would take 2 hours to record all of them onto film. You do not want to be rushed. Write down any special group or person images wanted. Be Specific. If you want a specific "look" to your wedding or a staged shot please provide examples from magazines.

Estimated number of rolls per guidelines above: _________

Estimated hours of time as calculated from photographer's arrival till departure based on checklist:

  ______________________ hours.

Example: If bride arrives at the location at 2:00, photographer will arrive at 1:30 PM. Wedding at 4 PM. If pictures of dancing, cake cutting etc is desired, but the reception does not start till 5 PM, then the wedding dance will not likely start till after 6:30 (finished eating and cake cutting) so it will likely be 7 PM before the dance. This means the last picture would likely be taken by 7:30 PM. You would plan / budget for 6 hours that the photographer will be there.
